Rachel Leone is the President of Leone Marketing Solutions, a full-service promotional products and branded apparel firm based in Hingham, Massachusetts. Established in 2004, Leone Marketing Solutions is proudly 100% women-owned and certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. With over 23 years in business and more than 30 years of industry experience, the company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality marketing solutions to startups, non-profits, small businesses, and large corporations alike.

Rachel holds a degree in Communications from Boston University and an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business. She began her career in marketing and advertising with Arnold Communications and later served as Director of Marketing and Sales at RCN. In 2004, she founded Leone Marketing Solutions—a decision she considers the most rewarding of her professional journey.
