Jeffrey Garr founded AdminaService, Inc. in 2001. Prior to founding AdminaService, Inc., Jeff spent over 20 years in the Sales/Sales Management/HR arena. Jeff’s experience includes starting a Fidelity Investments Company named, HR Logic, Inc. in 1997, a Human Resource outsourcing company. This experience gave Jeff the inspiration to start AdminaService and merge with HR Knowledge, Inc. in 2005.

As a Pioneer to the HR Outsourcing Industry Jeff sensed there was a need for small to mid-sized businesses to outsource their HR Functions often times those companies were ignoring HR within their companies. When companies ignore HR they put themselves potentially at risk.

Utility costs, payment and payroll processing, and shipping costs are the basics. Depreciation expense is another area that is more technical. Jeff Hiatt works with accountants, attorneys, and other experts to determine the best way for their clients to save money and increase profits.

Electricity and Natural Gas expense can quickly erode the bottom line. We facilitate and run an on-line reverse auctions. This 15 minute auction pits all available deregulated suppliers in a bidding war to lower Hiatt’s client’s utility rates. The participants volume is aggregated and usually in the range of 20 Million -50 Million kWh. This huge volume is of great interest to the suppliers. In one transaction, they can gain a very large footprint.

Depreciation provides an annual income tax deduction for certain types of property. Cost Segregation enables accelerated depreciation as allowed by the tax code. Owners can receive tax deductions for building that they have just built, acquired or have owned for many years. The IRS has a well defined list of assets that are eligible for faster write offs. Hiatt works with client’s CPAs to help them reduce income taxes.
